Smart Factory Logistics Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planner Intern to join our Operations & Supply Chain Department in our Corporate Offices in Trebaseleghe (PD).
ACTIVITIES:
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Generate production orders based on the production schedule;
- Manage material calls according to production needs;
- Verify the adequacy of incoming materials (inbound);
- Continuously align and update the production schedule based on material availability and production line performance;
- Handle the return of defective materials;
- Manage transport calls for materials and shipments of finished products;
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries for supplier repairs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English (B2 level);
- A degree in management engineering is a plus
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (basic level is fine);
- Quick and efficient with numbers and calculations;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
