Purpose of Position: Support the regulatory team in fully resolving the backlog of customer questionnaires for Quality. Assist the team in managing and fulfilling all customer technical requests.

Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:

Assist on technical requests (questionnaires, position statements, etc.) on assigned portfolio
Provide technical information and assistance to customer service department as necessary to maintain positive customer relations

Requirements:

Degree or current student in technical fields such as agronomy, food science, or chemistry.
Willingness to perform data entry and administrative tasks.
Availability for a temporary position.
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
Proximity to Gallarate
High attention to detail and Accuracy
Multi-tasking, organizational and eager to learn
