CRM & LOYALTY INTERN

Ariston Group, in order to grow the capabilities of its Marketing Department is looking for a:

CRM & Loyalty intern

The role, reporting to the CRM Manager Italy, will contribute to the evolution of loyalty and promotion activities for the Italian Market.

Main responsibilities:
  • Support on CRM activities and marketing initiatives, based on database analysis
  • Support day-to-day CRM and loyalty operations. which include database development and maintenance and the support on tools usage for different stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs defined for different targets and campaigns
  • Support on leads/contacts management as well as on-field activities
  • Track results of on-field activities, oversee report creation and distribution and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Support customer feedback management and reporting with the aim of optimizing program performance through data analysis


The ideal candidate has
  • Master's degree in business/economics or similar
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passion for digital analytics and customer experience analysis
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent English knowledge


Energy, entrepreneurship, enthusiasm and passion for marketing activities, along with relational, organizational and presentations skills, problem solving and results orientation complete the profile.
