We are currently looking for Part Time (30H) Client Advisors to join our Diesel Flagship Store in Milano San Babila.

You

• Authentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style.

• Maintain suitable product displays for windows and interior (collection, sale), through regular VM activities.
• Create a magical environment that reflects the soul and aspirations of OTB.

• Contribute to maintaining displays and collection image standards, by following the VM Corporate Image guidelines.
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
• Prove Brand and product knowledge
• Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with

• Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
• Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
• Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
• Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in sales roles is a plus; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Strong communication skills;
• Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus;
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
