Title: Business Development Manager

Purpose of the Role: You will identify and develop strategic partnerships with enterprise clients across multiple sectors. The focus is on building lasting relationships with key decision-makers to grow our market presence and drive revenue through new business. You'll work with various teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs while ensuring company profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities through market research and lead qualification
· Research industry trends and competition to identify potential clients and opportunities
· Maintain accurate data and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
· Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
· Connect client needs with the right Subject Matter Expert team members
· Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with internal teams
· Meet established targets for leads and qualified meetings
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Professional Experience:
· 3+ years of proven enterprise sales experience, preferably in mobility or B2B services
· Track record of exceeding targets in complex B2B sales environments
· Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Technical Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM
· Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus

Compensation & Working Arrangements:
· Salary package commensurate with candidate's experience
· Initial fixed-term contract for maternity cover, with concrete possibility of conversion to permanent position at the end of the period
· National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) - Commerce sector
· Negotiable sales commission structure
