Creative mindset

• Experience in UX design, research and user journey mapping.

• 4+ years of experience designing a complex platform with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B products (SMB product experience a bonus).

• Highly proficient in Figma, hands-on, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.

• An understanding of dependencies between design, front-end and backend technologies and experience using a design system.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; a team player comfortable in a fast paced start-up atmosphere.

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
