We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Acquisition Manager to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the CMO, this senior-level solo role offers the opportunity to own and lead paid media efforts that drive Guardz’s growth in the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns, a deep understanding of targeting U.S. audiences, and a passion for achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Google, You Tube, Linked In, and Reddit.
• Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from audience targeting and creative testing to performance tracking and reporting.
• Innovate with new ideas and trends to experiment with cutting-edge strategies that differentiate Guardz in the market.
• Use advanced analytics to measure ROI, derive actionable insights, and refine campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance campaign targeting and automation, maximizing efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with messaging and brand goals.
• Introduce and implement automation tools or scripts to streamline workflows and maximize impact.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B, Saa S, or startup environment.
• Proven expertise with platforms such as Facebook, Google, You Tube, Linked In, and Reddit, especially for U.S. audiences.
• Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Experience in working with or leading campaigns for U.S.-based clients (agency experience is welcome).
• Advantageous skills include copywriting, a background in psychology, or experience in computer science, especially with automation tools or scripts.
• A growth mindset, self-starter attitude, and eagerness to drive ambitious goals.
• Passion for leveraging AI, analytics, and growth hacking strategies to fuel campaign success and business growth.
