Guardz is seeking a data-driven Creative Marketing Designer with exceptional conceptual and visual design skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing across multiple channels. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact within our rapidly growing company. Responsibilities:

• Execute all visual designs on our public site, video & motion graphics-based ads, social, banners, emails, presentations, and more.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Come up with creative ideas and follow the numbers and data, this is our north star.
• Support the company's growth goals by improving conversion rates with top-notch assets.
• Present designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Working collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing design experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to consistency and an eye for detail & pixels
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Academic background in Graphic Design, Visual/Human interaction, or related field
• Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies
• Proficiency in various AI platforms such as Chat GPT, Midjourney, and others Ai tools is a big advantage
• Proven experience in the high tech industry is a must
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry - advantage
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Ability to adapt, switch gears, prioritize, and meet deadlines to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• High level of written and spoken English
