Vishay Dimona is currently seeking applicants for a PC Support Technician. You will support and maintain computer systems. As a PC Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our computer systems run efficiently and effectively, and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Job Location:
Dimona is located in Southern Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest point on earth.
The factory in Dimona was established in 1986 and has over 1,000 employees.

What will you do:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and networks.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Maintain and upgrade computer systems and networks.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Respond to system and network emergencies.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain documentation of hardware and software configurations.

What will you bring along:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, under pressure & with multiple tasks.
• Proven experience as a PC Support Technician or a similar role.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English, Russian is a plus.
