Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Migdal Ha’emek is currently seeking applicants for a Supervisor for Calibration team responsible for Management of a calibration team according to an annual plan.
Job Location:
Migdal Ha‘emek is located in the North of Israel.
The factory in Migdal Ha'emek was established in 1996 and has approximately 300 employees.
Vishay Capacitors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What you will be doing:

To work with subcontractors for calibration in external laboratories.
-
To develop calibration methods.
-
To approve calibration results.
-
To prepare reports for the AA manager.
-
To develop calibration methods.
-
To calculate measurement deviations, selecting suitable tools for new devices.

To train and certified calibration technicians.
What you will bring along:
-
Knowledge of metrology and calibration regulations for electrical, mechanical, optical, electronic tests.

Ability to self-learn and lead a team.
-
Technical Education or Calibration courses
-
Technical knowledge as: Electronics / Mechanics, optics.
-
Main qualities: Reliability, thoroughness, dedication, caring.
-
Self-learning abilities.
-
Ability to work in a team.
-
Education Knowledge and experience in metrology for at least 3 years - preferred.
-
Word, Excel, Access, Willingness to work according to instructions.
