What will you be doing?
- Report to the Head of Global Payroll.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for 750+ employees.
- Support payroll processes and ensure accurate end-to-end payroll operations.
- Update information and communicate with HR and finance teams.
- Address employee payroll questions.
- Manage pension operations and insurance submissions.
- Handle employee terminations, including related forms and taxes.
Requirements:
- HILAN experience - Must
- 5 years of payroll experience - Must
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Accounting experience - Advantage
- Proficient in Excel and report analysis.
- Global payroll experience - Advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
