We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and business-oriented Marketing & Social media Manager to join our team. This role is dynamic and impactful, responsible for overseeing diverse marketing initiatives and driving innovative, high-performance strategies to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality content, including digital writing (website, articles, posts), video materials, and innovative campaigns.
- Analyze activity data, monitor performance, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, audience engagement, and campaigns, with a deep understanding of platform dynamics and Facebook group activities.
- Plan and execute ROI-focused marketing campaigns across leading digital platforms.
- Oversee and manage media suppliers, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and effective campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing within the technology or finance sectors. A background in financial products is advantageous.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate business strategies into engaging marketing content and campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in creating various content types, including digital writing, articles, social media posts, and video content.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media management, including Facebook groups and other engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of business goals and the ability to align marketing activities accordingly.
- knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing activities.
