As we expand, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to guide the development of our technological products and lead a talented team of product managers.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager at Guideline, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and delivery of key technological products that have a direct impact on our customers' experiences. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and business

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing key features and improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business impact.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and product innovations in the fintech space.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of both new product development and existing product maintenance, ensuring the ongoing success and optimization of current offerings while innovating for the future.
- Manage product roadmaps, balancing efforts between delivering new features and functionality for existing products, as well as launching new products from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure that both new and existing products are developed and maintained with a focus on high quality, scalability, and performance.
- Drive the development of transformative technological changes to enhance existing products, ensuring that products remain competitive, cutting-edge, and meet customer needs.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Define and track key product metrics (e.g., adoption, revenue, retention) to assess product performance and guide product enhancements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, sales, and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Act as a key liaison between engineering and business teams, translating customer needs into actionable product requirements.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and managing technological products, expertise in agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to make informed product decisions.
- Experience working in high-growth environment- advantage!
- Knowledge of emerging trends in fintech or AI-powered finance solutions- advantage!
