Position Overview:
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll manage our brand’s entire digital footprint, including the Website, ABM, PPC, SEO, email marketing, and Social Media presence. You will collaborate closely with your fellow experts and innovators in marketing, sales, and product teams to develop innovative new ways to drive demand and lead generation. You are an expert at targeting key audiences with the right message in the right place and time. Finally, you will develop and maintain KPIs, report success metrics, and adapt tactically for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Web Site: Develop, launch, maintain, and optimize flo LIVE’s Web presence, including pending brand updates in both messaging and look & feel.
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies (PPC, SEO, email, social media) using Hub Spot for audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization.
- PPC Campaign Management: Hands-on management and optimization of paid ads across search and social media platforms to maximize ROI, lower CPL, and improve conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Hub Spot.
- SEO Strategy and Execution: Oversee and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve keyword rankings by managing an external SEO vendor. Collaborate with content teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Marketing Automation (Hub Spot): Leverage Hub Spot to automate workflows, segment audiences, and personalize communication across the funnel, ensuring lead-to-opportunity efficiency.
- Data and Performance Analytics: Analyze demand gen performance across PPC, SEO, and Hub Spot, using insights from Hub Spot and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Lead Nurturing and Conversion Optimization: Implement Hub Spot-based lead nurturing strategies, optimize landing pages and CTAs, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates. Proficient in converting website visitors.
- Vendor Management: Manage Saa S and Agency vendors engaged in supporting our online presence across channels.
- Support marketing activities: Manage our online and offline event workflows and calendars, create workflows for every content asset, and develop digital marketing assets (e.g., landing pages, CTAs, etc.).
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a global B2B Saa S technology company
- Exceptional English-language proficiency
- Extensive experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools and platforms. Word Press, Hub Spot, and Salesforce, in particular.
- Experience in creating content for different cultural contexts and international markets
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, with expertise in optimizing campaigns to support ABM strategies
- Experience with AI-assisted marketing techniques
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptable team player, with the ability to work independently when required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analysis, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the telecommunications or Io T industry
- Knowledge of B2B technology marketing best practices
- Additional language skills are relevant to our global markets.
