Responsibilities

- Be the first Marketing analyst in the data department, conducting analyses and setting the foundation for future growth and success.
- Take the lead in building the team by recruiting, training, and mentoring new members as the department expands.
- Lay the groundwork for delivering actionable insights that will directly shape the product roadmap.
- Analyze data from diverse sources to identify key opportunities and focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer experience departments, establishing standardized metrics and fostering cross-functional alignment to drive success.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with a track record of optimizing marketing campaigns and delivering business impact.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo), and ad performance platforms.
- Expertise in campaign tracking, performance analysis, and attribution modeling to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and customer segmentation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experiment design to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills: You can present insights, influence stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams.
- A fast learner and problem solver: You thrive in dynamic environments, adapt quickly to change, and tackle challenges with confidence.
- Data visualization skills: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create impactful reports and dashboards.
