  • Own product positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy across our product portfolio
  • Partner with Product leadership to influence strategy based on market insights and customer feedback
  • Drive go-to-market execution for product launches and major releases
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team

Market Leadership

• • Develop deep knowledge of target markets, segments, buyer personas, and competitors through primary and secondary research
  • Create compelling positioning that differentiates our products and resonates with prospects
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring measurable success in adoption
  • Develop comprehensive buyer personas and customer journey maps
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives with Marketing Communications
  • Own product marketing analytics and KPIs, reporting on impact and ROI

Team and Organization Building

• • Establish processes, frameworks, and best practices for the product marketing function
  • Create scalable systems for market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Partner with customers to capture testimonials and case studies, using insights to improve messaging and drive product improvements

Qualifications

• • 8+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years leading teams of product marketing managers and contributors
  • Proven success leading product marketing strategies across multiple products and markets
  • Experience marketing complex B2B/B2B2C Saa S solutions to SMB and Enterprise customers
  • Strong track record in positioning, messaging, and cross-functional leadership
