We are looking for a talented Learning and OD Partner to join our Learning & Development team, reporting to the Global OD & Learning Director. The Learning and OD Partner acts as a proactive, trusted advisor to the business, responsible for rolling out learning and OD programs from planning to execution, aligned with business needs and challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Identify learning needs and advise on the most suitable learning methods.
- Engage, collaborate, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
- Lead end-to-end learning and OD programs.
- Develop and design learning solutions, including content curation, e Learning modules, presentations, and more.
- Execute learning and OD processes to ensure seamless delivery.
- Evaluate and continuously improve learning effectiveness.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in the L&D domain within tech companies.
- Proven track record of successful performance in customer-facing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex, cross-functional projects effectively.
- Experience in instructional design is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in working with LMS/LXP.

- Data-driven approach to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Self-driven with high accountability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
