- 5+ years of experience in growth or marketing roles
- Proven track record of leading successful growth and marketing strategies
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent data analysis skills and analytical thinking
- Creativity and innovation in problem-solving
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- implement a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy for the company
- Identify new growth channels and leverage existing ones
- Manage and motivate the growth team to achieve targets
- Analyze data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other departments (customer care center,product)
- Optimize customer acquisition and retention processes
- Manage growth budget and ROI to drive growth initiatives
