The Role:
As we continue to expand we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in City West Dublin 24.
As Warehouse Manager you will be the driver of our company’s delivery of innovative and design led solutions to our clients. You will operate to the highest standards with Customer Focus and Satisfaction being your core drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products. Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Order Fulfilment: Coordinate and manage the order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure high standards are met.
• Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space utilization and workflow. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Communication: Liaise with other departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
