Overview of Role
A Public Sector client hiring a team to implement an improved Estate Management solution. This initial phase is expected to last 1.5 years and will commence in January 2025.
Background / Experience required
- Experience in service design and user research as part of a product delivery team.
- Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- A strong understanding of contemporary product management methods and approaches.
- Experience in supporting 'on the job' training, mentoring and staff development, either formally or informally.
- Experience working within a public sector or other large organisations
- Experience in Civic technology (such as UK GDS) is desirable.
