Agile Delivery Coach - Dublin 8

Our client is looking for a skilled Agile Delivery Coach to provide support to the team in Agile Delivery Coaching. You will work in a blended team with the client technical and administrative staff. The blended team will also have support of the client subject matter experts from their department and other departments as required. You will coach and mentor both team members and others to apply the most appropriate Agile tools and techniques and lead on the planning of sprints with the wider team. You will support the team to translate interim goals, user stories and deliverables into tasks . You will maintain team momentum and delivery focus by tracking, managing & communicating risks and dependencies .
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary, agile product development team. This will be a twelve-month contract initially with option to extend by another year thereafter based out client office in Dublin 8. This will be three days a week with up to one day remote to be determined. Five days a week attendance may be required for periods such as project set up / kick off.
- You will support the team to deliver the key deliverables through agile delivery coaching
- Supporting a core data standard for client Buildings and Land.
- Supporting client Buildings and Land API, with associated technical documentation
- Supporting various Microsoft Power platform applications for Property Management
- Supporting various redesigned Property Management internal services and processes
- You will work with Reporting and Visualisation tools to support Property Management for the client
- You will have 4 - 6 years of proven experience in your specialised field
- Demonstrable experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in an agile coaching or mentoring role
- Support communication between technical and non-technical work
- Coach and mentor team members and others to apply the most appropriate Agile tools and techniques
- Lead on the planning of sprints with the wider team
- Support the team to establish and maintain an effective process
- Support the team to translate interim goals, user stories and deliverables into tasks
- Maintain team momentum and delivery focus by tracking, managing & communicating risks and dependencies
- You will have a strong understanding of contemporary product management methods and approaches
- You will be able to demonstrate your experience in supporting 'on the job' training, mentoring and staff development, either formally or informally.
- Experience working within a public sector or other large organisation, alongside subject matter experts, is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in Civic tech or contemporary Public Sector development (such as UK GDS) is desirable.
