The Opportunity
RSM have a new and exciting opportunities for a payroll specialist to join our team This will be a Dublin office-based role initially with hybrid working after probation. This role is in our Outsourcing Team which operates with our Consulting Department. Working within a growing area of the firm with domestic, FDI and Public Sector Clients. This position offers challenging, interesting, and rewarding work within a global network organisation. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity, but we are very open to considering flexible working arrangements and candidates who wish to work part-time.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in Irish payroll processing
- A payroll qualification from IPASS or equivalent
- A good working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software (e.g., Sage, Thesaurus, Bright Pay)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
