As a Groups Reservations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing block bookings from initial inquiry to check-in. You’ll handle all aspects of the booking process, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, confirming reservations, and coordinating group requirements with various departments such as Front Office, Accommodation, and Food & Beverage. Attention to detail will be vital as you manage room allocations, special requests, and billing details to ensure every group’s stay is seamless and stress-free.
In this role, you’ll also build strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring clear communication at every stage of the process. Your proactive approach will help anticipate needs and deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
To thrive in this role, prior experience in hotel reservations or group/block bookings is essential. A background in guest services, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service will set you apart.
