We have an opportunity for a graduate to join our growing Medical Devices Business as part of our Finance Graduate Programme.
Uniphar Medtech is an umbrella brand for eleven Medical Device distribution businesses with direct operations in Ireland, Northern Ireland, U.K., the Netherlands, Germany and the Nordics. We are a rapidly growing company, and we want you to be part of this amazing growth and expansion.
We are pleased to announce that we are launching our Finance Graduate Programme.
The Programme
Your role will see you tackle a wide range of business challenges.
As you progress through the Programme you will build your technical finance knowledge and expand the breadth of your finance skills. You will complete either ACCA or CIMA qualification and finish the Programme as a fully qualified accountant.

Responsibilities

The role includes:

• Responsible for preparation of accounting entries in line with IFRS.
• General ledger/Month end close process.
• Financial reporting – working closely with various teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Support Management reporting with analysis/reconciliation of large volumes of data.
• Internal and External Audit support.
• Ensuring all monthly general ledger reconciliations are completed.
• Assist with Process Improvements.

Experience And Requirements

• Hold or expect a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline at level 2:1 or higher
• Have fluent English.
• Must have graduated in the last 2 years (2023 to 2025)
• Eligibility to work in the EU without visa restrictions (i.e., hold an EU or EEA passport) –required
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively
• Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed
• Comfortable within a changing environment, enthusiastic and energetic
• Willingness to relocate across Europe or the US is a key requirement
• Committed to gaining a professional accounting qualification
• Willingness to work closely within growing Finance team and with Cross functional stakeholders.
