Facilities Coordinator (Contract)

This position is a contract position based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office facilities, ensuring that the working environment is safe, clean and conducive to productivity
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities and act as main point of contact for employee facilities queries
  • Manage office moves and reconfigurations; optimise space utilisation to meet organisational requirements
  • Process purchase orders and invoices related to facilities costs
  • Collaborate with the H&S team to ensure compliance with workplace H&S regulations
  • Provide support to the Facilities Manager as required
Requirements
Technical/Professional
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in facilities management position or similar
  • Experience processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Understanding of workplace health & safety regulations
  • Some project management experience is desired but not essential
