Duty Manager

Duty Manager for residential emergency accommodation centre.
Reporting to: Centre Manager
Mix of Day and evening shifts Monday - Friday with infrequent day time weekend cover required.
Main Duties and responsibilities:

Assist residents with queries regarding service providers or local information, printing etc
Oversee the centre and ensure residents are following the house rules
Ensure staff are performing their tasks and following reporting procedures
Be a responsible person in charge at the centre
Communicate with colleagues and residents
Office Admin such as emails and other support tasks
Perform basic security tasks - for example, be responsible for cameras and gate access

Full training will be given but might suit someone from a hospitality, admin, supervisory or security background
Key Skills: Communication, Administration, Reliability
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €16.00-€17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 – 42 per week
