Food and Beverage Duty Manager – Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa
Location: Powerscourt Estate, Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow, A98 DR12
Salary: €34,000annum
Hours: 39 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Chef Jobs Ireland Ltd, on behalf of Sugarloaf Ventures Limited, is seeking an experienced F&B Duty Manager to join the prestigious team at Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a world-class resort.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, resolving inquiries and issues professionally.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain high levels of performance.
Monitor health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards.
Manage scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximize profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A commitment to delivering excellent guest service in a luxury environment.
