The Role
We are delighted to announce Core Exchange is hiring for a number of Exchange Associate level roles!
Overview
This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in media communications within Core Exchange, a central team responsible for planning, buying, and implementing video, audio, publishing, and digital media campaigns.
As an Exchange Associate, you will play a crucial role in ad operations, media planning, and campaign optimisation, ensuring client objectives are met. You will support activities ranging from initial planning and placement to troubleshooting and final delivery. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns for clients across categories like telecoms, sport, and retail, contributing to award-winning campaigns while building expertise in media fundamentals.
No prior experience in media planning or buying is required—just a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Agency Performance
- Plan, implement, and manage media campaigns, ensuring placements meet client goals and specifications.
- Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns in real-time to achieve objectives.
- Conduct analysis and quality checks, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations.
- Work with internal teams and media partners to develop plans that maximise impact and efficiency.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign success and media strategies.
- Assist in budget tracking, billing reconciliation, and ensuring campaigns are delivered within scope.
- Follow Core's internal processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency in campaign management.
- Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with client contracts.
- Participate in Core's structured learning programme to develop expertise in media planning and buying.
- Stay informed on industry trends and actively participate in internal training programmes.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and external media partners.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and development within the media industry.
Your profile
Experience:
- Passion for media planning and buying is essential; previous experience is not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Comfort with ad platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proactive and curious, with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with colleagues and media partners.

Competitive starting salary of €29,000 per annum, with additional benefits including:
