Your new role
As Continuous Improvement Executive you will be driving CI behaviours and mindsets by coaching teams on use of CI tools to drive self-sufficiency in each area. The role will also include the following responsibilities:
- Implementing CI systems and processes to embed the CI way of working through Visual management, 5S, Structured problem solving and more.
- Driving technical CI projects to achieve process improvement, yield improvement, waste elimination, deviation reduction, cost optimisation
- Leading value stream analysis activities to optimize flow by connecting processes and changing thinking
- Facilitating Hoshin Kanri Workshops to develop and cascade site goals and strategic direction
The role offers:
- Opportunity to make a real impact and building on 4 pillars of Continuous improvement: Visual Management, Problem Solving, Strategy Deployment and Standard work.
- To drive the strategic direction through prioritization of CI Initiatives
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Minimum Lean/ Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Third level qualification in a Scientific or Engineering discipline
- Substantial experience Driving change through Continuous Improvement/ Operational Excellence
