Your new role

As Continuous Improvement Executive you will be driving CI behaviours and mindsets by coaching teams on use of CI tools to drive self-sufficiency in each area. The role will also include the following responsibilities:

Implementing CI systems and processes to embed the CI way of working through Visual management, 5S, Structured problem solving and more.
Driving technical CI projects to achieve process improvement, yield improvement, waste elimination, deviation reduction, cost optimisation
Leading value stream analysis activities to optimize flow by connecting processes and changing thinking
Facilitating Hoshin Kanri Workshops to develop and cascade site goals and strategic direction

The role offers:

To drive the strategic direction through prioritization of CI Initiatives

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

Minimum Lean/ Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Third level qualification in a Scientific or Engineering discipline
Substantial experience Driving change through Continuous Improvement/ Operational Excellence
