The Manager will have a dual; hands on operational and managerial role. The Manager will have all staff members reporting directly to them and in turn will report to the Area Managers. The Manager will be independently responsible for the day to day running of the crèche; however, they will have the continuous input and support of the centres Area Manager.
This role is floor-based, requiring the manager to actively engage and oversee daily operations within the centre's rooms. All centre administration is carried out by the head office team.
Requirements:
This is an exciting role and an excellent opportunity to gain some real experience in our friendly environment. The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Relevant childcare/Montessori qualifications e.g Degree, diploma, FETAC preferable. (Minimum FETAC level 5 - please note we cannot accept applications without at least a FETAC level 5 childcare qualification)
1 year plus in a senior childcare role
Professionalism
Excellent interactions with children, parents and our staff teams
Enthusiasm for your role and our business
A team player
Warm, caring and love making a difference in children's lives
Strong work ethic
Able to multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €38,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
