We’re excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a B2B Customer Exec to join our team at Tirlan! In this role, you'll work closely with our network of ‘doorstep’ agents in supporting and training them using our My Milkman.ie system.
Our direct-to-consumer ‘doorstep’ channel is essential to Tirlan’s growth, and we’re thrilled that over 80% of our agents have already made the switch to My Milkman.ie, enjoying a positive experience along the way. Your role will be key in helping the remaining agents embrace this platform, ensuring they have the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Overview
This hands-on, busy role involves supporting our online agent community and providing technical assistance via the SAP ticketing system.
You’ll help agents transition to the My Milkman system, deliver training, manage sensitive internal spreadsheets, prepare weekly reports, and track the B2B customer team's budget, uniforms, and leaflets.
With a mix of office work in Tirlan, Citywest, Dublin, remote work, and agent meetings you’ll collaborate closely with the B2B Customer Manager, Doorstep Team, and various stakeholders to enhance our services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and people skills, be self-motivated, and have excellent computer literacy. A high proficiency in Excel, including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables, along with keen attention to detail, problem-solving and a strong ability to work on their own initiative, is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

• Train agents on the My Milkman.ie platform – liaising with sales development managers
• Support to all agents through customer service system – identify and resolve any queries and give minor tech support on the My Milkman.ie platform
• Work with new and existing agents on growing their customer base
• Agent round moves and exiting responsibilities
• Manage team spreadsheets & prepare weekly reports
• Admin support to the B2B Customer Manager
• Provide Agent Viability information to SDM’s when requested
• Weekly reporting to B2B Customer Manager
• Help maintain the budget plan

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Excellent customer service focus
• Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong computer/ technical skills including Intermediate/ Advanced level of Excel and Powerpoint.
• Able to prioritize work and ability to multi-task
• Must be able and willing to travel to meet Agents/SDM’s when required
• Full drivers licence is a must
