Face Aesthetic Clinic is expanding and we are currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious, full or part time Aesthetic Therapist to join our clinic as an Aesthetician.
Face Aesthetic Clinic is an award winning clinic, in the west of Ireland. We pride ourselves in offering clients the best medical grade treatments using the state of art equipment to deliver a confidential, friendly and first class service. Each patient is offered a bespoke consultation and skin treatments are customised to them.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, friendly, fun, eager to learn and expand their skin knowledge and increase their treatment knowledge to include – BBL & Moxi, Ski Pen Micro Needling, Advanced peels and facials, Laser Hair removal, Radio Frequency Needling and HIFU. We currently work with Skin better science, Image, Skin Ceuticals, Ultraceuticals and Medik8.
Job Description:
The role of Aesthetican

• Deliver Face Aesthetic Clinic’s unique skin consultation process. Be able to answer all skin related queries in relation to all our services, treatments, and products. Aiming always to achieve the best results for the clients.
• Perform all services and treatments to the highest, safest standards.
• Maintaining the clinics high level of hygiene requirements
• Build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service to our patients.  Provide our patients with the highest standard of pre and after care consistently in person, over the phone, through email and messages.
• To provide patients with detailed, accurate and appropriate information in relation to their expectations.
• To ensure notes and patient files are kept up to date on our patient software system.
• Increase sales using ethical knowledge-based training given.
• To work with clinic staff and company director to deliver feedback and ideas that will drive the business forward.
• To respect patient dignity and confidentially.
• Always looking to up-skill through attending courses, training days, podcasts, books - both through the clinic and personally.
• Attend any training sessions provided and be a representative for Face Aesthetic Clinic at all times.
• Willingness to assist with all clinic reception duties. (Managing phones & appointments, completing patient records, cash handling, stock control, social media)

Requirements for Aesthetic Therapist Role
3 Years minimum experience.
ITEC, CIBTAC CIDESCO or equivalent qualified.
A keen interest in skincare with a minimum of 3 years working within a clinic environment.
Experience in advanced skincare, delivering consultations, peels, advanced facials, radio frequency, skin needling, laser, IPL etc
Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in selling products, courses, treatment plans, cross selling.
You are committed to educating yourself in skin anatomy, skin conditions, treatments, products and personal development.
Previous experience working with a cosmeceutical ranges
Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
Take pride in your appearance.
Ability to build a rapport with clients
