Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering/ informatics/ computer/ telecommunications
2. Min. 1 year experience as VSAT engineer
3. Knowledge on basic FTTH, system administrator, database administrator, networking system, programmer Job
Description:
1. Control and monitor system availability so that it works optimally (parabola, IRD, encoder, DNS, NMS, Cloud, Juniper Firewall, Switch, and OTT Server)
2. Control problem solving on TV viewing devices and systems based on information from the internal unit (CS/ Dispatch/ THD)
3. Controlling Work Orders (WO) through the change request process can be implemented according to expectations and have minimal impact on customers
4. Control TV display system vendors to work properly with interaction and regular reports for performance or troubleshooting based on SLA
