- Process and analyze information and data based on the HRIS system.
- Analyze data related to work performance across departments.
- Coordinate with other divisions/departments to identify improvements, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.
- Collaborate with the HR Operations team to provide support in HR technology matters.
- Create comprehensive reports aligned with business process specifications.
- Analyze the company’s information system needs and provide
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Informatics Management, or other relevant related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Information Systems, System Development, and Data Analysis.
- Proficient in using Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and accustomed to working with large volumes of data.
- Capable of providing technical support for data management using analytical tools for data visualization, such as Power BI and Looker Studio.
