Store Operations Manager
工作职责：
1、负责线下门店销售运营的整体规划;
2、负责线下门店汽车零部件的品牌管理，商品管理;
3、负责制定门店汽车零部件价格体系与促销活动;
4、协调供应链团队，保障线下门店的货物；
5、负责制定线下门店的各项目标:销售额/毛利率/库存周转等，并带领团队完成任务目标。
6、可以偏向门店运营，或数据分析都可以。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning of offline store sales operations;
2. Responsible for the brand management and commodity management of auto parts in offline stores;
3. Responsible for formulating the price system and promotional activities of auto parts in stores;
4. Coordinate the supply chain team to ensure the goods of offline stores;
5. Responsible for formulating the goals of offline stores: sales/gross profit margin/inventory turnover, etc., and leading the team to complete the task objectives.
6. It can be biased towards store operation or data analysis.
