With stores in Canggu and Pererenan, we offer immersive workshops, luxurious product lines, and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for an In-Store Sales Manager to lead our retail sales, elevate customer engagement, and represent our innovative brand to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in-store sales, ensuring smooth daily activities and outstanding customer service.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience by sharing expert knowledge of our premium perfume and natural skincare products.
• Be responsible for the store's daily sales performance, achieving and exceeding set targets.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the store is fully stocked with key products, liaising with the logistics team for replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring brand satisfaction.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organised store environment. Report weekly sales data, customer insights, and store performance to upper management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of in-store sales or retail management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
• Passionate about the beauty industry, with knowledge of premium perfumes and toxin-free skincare products.
• Professional appearance and well-spoken, with a friendly and confident personality.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (required).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Our Projects' brand ethos and product line.
• Indonesian nationals only.
