MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and implement Agile methodologies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and easy for the team to understand.
• Help the team break down big tasks into manageable pieces and keep the project on track.
• Identify and address any blockers or challenges the team faces to maintain progress.
• Make sure the team’s work aligns with the project goals and deadlines.
• Support and guide the team to be self-organized, collaborative, and accountable.
• Encourage continuous improvement by gathering feedback and helping the team adjust processes as needed.
• Use tools like Jira to track progress and share updates with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and teams to manage dependencies and improve cross-team workflows.
• Provide coaching and tips on Agile best practices to help the team perform at its best.

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and how to use them in real-life projects.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or other project management platforms.
• Great at facilitating discussions, solving problems, and keeping things on track when challenges arise.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of how software development works, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• A knack for identifying risks and finding creative solutions.
• Certification in Scrum (like CSM or PSM) is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
• A genuine passion for helping teams grow, stay motivated, and deliver great results.
