MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee detailed project plans that encompass scope, objectives, timelines, and resource management.
- Drive the project forward, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of all milestones.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, design, QA, and business analysis.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and key stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure continuous alignment with project goals through transparent communication.
- Identify potential risks early and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and address project risks and issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to progress.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and functionality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Manage project budgets with precision, ensuring optimal allocation of financial resources.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, balancing team workloads and project demands.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including detailed plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Provide regular, insightful updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years in IT project management, with extensive experience in software development projects.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multifaceted projects, particularly within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and we/mobile application development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
Experience:
- Project Management: 3 years (Required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (Required)
