- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in a digital services or telecommunications company.
- Strong understanding of business information systems, management principles, financial processes, and leadership concepts.
- Ability to effectively explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
- Evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements for various projects.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for the IT development team.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
