We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to drive strategic growth in our B2B financial services platform. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a proven track record of building and expanding business relationships in the Indonesian financial services market. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the SME lending ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our B2B financial services portfolio across Indonesia;

• Identify and pursue high-potential SME clients through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic market penetration;

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and market segments;

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape;

• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company objectives;

• Negotiate and structure business partnerships and agreements.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of proven experience in business development or partnership roles within the financial services sector;

• Deep understanding of SME financing needs, challenges, and market dynamics;

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to develop strategic business insights;

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and business development targets;

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;

• Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and business strategy development.
