We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at Amnaya Resort Kuta. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and delivery of all a la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, creativity, and attention to detail to ensure that all meals meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation for à la carte meals.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring a high standard of training and performance.
- Collaborate with hotel management to design and update menus based on guest preferences, seasonal ingredients, and cost considerations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage food costs within the allocated budget.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Lead the kitchen team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, focusing on consistency, taste, and visual appeal.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment.
- Expertise in à la carte dining, with a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative presentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
