General Manager for Spa Industry (Open for Foreigners)
We are seeking a General Manager to lead a prestigious spa in Bali. This role is ideal for someone mature, experienced, and familiar with life in Bali or at least with the spa and hospitality industry.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Welcome and interact with clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and address any challenges proactively.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in spa management or the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse clients and staff.
• Flexibility and adaptability to the local culture and work environment.
