As a Field Engineer Sr. Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and leading the team to meet project goals.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or field engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction processes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools, Auto CAD, and MS Office.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage field operations to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and team members to maintain project quality and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of field activities, reports, and project documentation.
• Lead and mentor the field team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
