Responsibilities:
Assist the Centre Manager in managing the daily operations of the Learning Centre.
Create a warm and comfortable environment for students and parents.
Ensure safety and care of students.
Attend, respond and manage customer inquiries and requests.
Front desk and administrative duties.
Prepare reports using digital forms.
Requirements:
Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year relevant work (full-time or part-time) experience.
Fresh graduates are preferred.
Must be highly profecient in digital literacy (Microsoft Office and other LMS platforms).
Preferable experience includes but is not limited to Education Centres, Sales, Customer Service, Retail; Food and Beverage.
Must love children, people-oriented, can work under pressure.
Candidate should possess a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills at all levels.
Able to communicate in English.
Possess digital marketing skills.
Must be willing to work retail hours (i.e. Saturday and Sunday until 6pm).
Can respond quickly to customers' requests and inquiries.
Willing to learn and develop new skills to grow professionally.
