JOBDESC :
1. Creating and Developing Content:

• Develop and execute creative ideas for multimedia content that aligns with Laskala brand identity

2. Collaboration with Product Department:

• Work closely with the product department to understand new products, key features, and unique selling points.

3. Cross-functional collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine which products will be highlighted and promoted.
• Align content creation strategies with sales objectives to maximize product visibility and drive conversions.

3. End-to-end content production:

• take content, scripting, shooting, and work closely with graphic designer or video editor about editing content

4. Content Calendar Management:

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for IG, Tik Tok, Shopee and ensuring timely and relevant posts
• Align content releases with product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns

5. Coordination and Styling:

• Coordinate with all contributors to ensure smooth content creation processes
• stylize Talent to ensure a cohesive and on-brand representation in all visual content.
