Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience as Accountant (AP), with background in Accounting Firm or Tax Agent is preferred.
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- Advanced Excel and other office software skills, SAP experience highly preferred
- Domicile in Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end process for Account Payable (Third parties/suppliers, employees, and inter-companies).
- Involve in audit process related to finance (eg: Audit custom, tax audit, internal and external audit).
- Prepare and monitor settlement of importation, cash advance, pre-payment and sponsorship.
- Manage finance record (Concur and SAP).
- Maintain vendor information.
- Reconcile VAT and WHT on monthly basis.
- Conduct some trainings for new employees introducing Finance System.
