- Preparing, maintaining, developing, and continuously expanding training materials with new technologies
- Establishing the training system for new employees, welcoming new hires, organizing, conducting, and documenting their training
- Developing, implementing, and documenting theoretical and practical training systems
- Conducting, tracking, and documenting retraining sessions
- Supporting leaders in evaluating qualification levels
- Building and assessing the current state of a skill matrix
- Creating and applying a feedback system
- Managing, organizing, and documenting standard training related to value streams
- Developing and following a development system

Your profile :
Requirements:
- Relevant Higher Education Degree
- Biologist, bioengineer, chemical engineer, food engineer, veterinarian, biology/chemistry/physics teacher, etc.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in training, education, and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Good organizational skills
- Supportive, helpful attitude
- Assertive communication skills
- Computer literacy (daily use of MS Office)
- Knowledge of manufacturing technology
- Teaching/training/leadership experience
- Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage
