- Developing, supporting, and maintaining manufacturing processes and technologies in an audit-ready state
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations, in accordance with GMP requirements
- Coordinating investment and development projects
- Analyzing, tracking trends, and performing data analysis in production processes, with particular attention to deviations, CAPA actions, and deviations from specifications
- Investigating deviations and developing improvement proposals to increase efficiency
- Analyzing manufacturing trends, managing risks, and reporting
- Preparing and updating technical documentation, as well as analyzing production data

Your profile :
Expectations:
- A background in natural sciences or relevant experience in production, quality assurance, or quality control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and technologies, particularly in antigen production and formulation
- High level of proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Transparent and assertive communication in an international environment
- Knowledge of and experience with GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing systems
