As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will play a key role in shaping our team by finding the best professionals for our growing organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively recruiting new candidates who will be skilled or semi-skilled in the finance sector.
• Interviewing/screening candidates to identify the best fits for our teams.
• Updating and maintaining the company candidate database to ensure accurate records.
• Preparing candidate CVs for hiring managers.
• Building strong relationships and a network base with hiring managers and candidates.
• Refreshing and managing job vacancies across jobs boards, company websites and other platforms.
• Managing candidate applications and ensuring their expectations are managed in a clear, open, and transparent manner.
• Collaborating closely with our Recruitment International team across Europe.
• Cooperating with and proposing Employer Branding initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent English in both written and spoken form (knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French, or German is a plus).
• At least 4 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong team player who excels in collaborating with remote teams across Europe.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
