The Role

Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunities? Then we would like to talk to you!
As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading an end-to-end recruitment process for French market.
• Internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
• Facilitating the interview and selection process.
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
• Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
• Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
• Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
• Undertaking market mapping projects.

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally on the French market and working directly with the Hiring Managers.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
• Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization where resilience and boldness are key success factors
• Experience in Pharma market will be an asset.
